About me

I first came to yoga simply as way to move my body. Over the past 20 years, what I’ve taken from it has changed with whatever life has thrown my way - sometimes it’s about feeling fit and strong, other times it’s about finding stillness and switching off.

Over time, I noticed how many exercise spaces come with certain expectations about how you move or show up. That played a big part in why I trained as a teacher. I wanted to create a space where whatever brings you to yoga is welcome - whether that’s fitness, rest, headspace, or something else entirely.

That’s why I offer three simple packages: Rest & Restore, Energise & Flow, and Mind & Body. And after becoming a mum, I saw first-hand how tricky it can be to get out to classes, so I offer mobile sessions as well as the option to come to me.

I am also curious about spirituality so I can weave in aspects of tarot, aromatherapy and crystals. My aim is simple: yoga that feels right, in a space that fits you.
